Andrew Report post Posted February 22, 2010 I got an xbox and then never got online for it cause my routers downstairs and I don't feel like paying £50 for the wireless shit thing. You'll need to buy it unless you can put your xbox like right next to your router. However, xbox live is like 10x better than the PS3 online system. Corey Report post Posted February 23, 2010 You can use the composite cables that come with it for a still nice picture and if you don't have your router to use a ethernet cord near your tv yes you will need the wireless any questions pm me
 0

Numbers` Report post Posted February 23, 2010 You can hook it up with an ethernet cable or wireless with the adapter. And you can hook it up with a hdmi (better graphics than av cables)
 0

Champion 2k5 Report post Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) You don't need to connect your Ethernet cable to your router, mine is connected from my laptop to my xbox. You just need to bridge the connection. (I think that answers the wireless question) Edited February 23, 2010 by Josh
 0

erik Report post Posted February 23, 2010 Yeah you gotta buy the HDMI and you don't need the wireless adapter if you're going to play wired.
 0

(I think that answers the wireless question) Wow I wasn't even aware that that was possible and I've had this xbox for like 15 months, could have been owning it up online all this time...
