@Matt Report post Posted June 30, 2010 We were all sitting around on TS watching the World cup when I heard Corruption were out. Apparently (I would find out later) it was a 2 day prep, but we asked them for a fight. I offered them an uncapped fight and they declined, so I settled with a 3 hour cap. They gave us 20 minutes to mass and walk up so we massed quickly and headed out. Rules: 3 Hour Cap 15 Sniper Cap Spiders - Greater Demons Stop to clear Crashers Reign of Terror Starting: 210 Corruption Starting: 195 Surprisingly we had a strong pull for such a random trip and were able to start off equally well. For the first 15 minutes or so it was pretty even, once our sniper unit arrived on the scene things changed. Slowly CoR's pile weakened and just when we had our chance to put them away more and more randomers showed up to snipe us. We handled them very well but for a few minutes were not able to hit CoR. Corruption time and time again tried taking the fight away from GDS but our snipers were relentless and wouldn't take no for an answer, dragging them back to GDS. Now for the next 90 minutes I think everyone who was there can agree we were on fire. CoR were sent regrouping constantly with 75 opts, piles getting dragged, and unable to hold themselves together in general. From here we only began gaining on TS while CoR lost a few people, and when they regrouped when we called our snipers back as the fight was drawing to a close, it was too late to remedy the damages. Both clans logged out to World 90 for a cleaner ending opts picture, however CoR leaked the world to KO so their pile was full of KO (seen below), but we won anyways. CoR's pile: Reign of Terror Ending: 276 Corruption Ending: 180~ (Tons of randomers, see below) Reign of Terror Full Ending: 300~ Good job to all RoT there. 100 people to a non prepped event is amazing.
