Reign of Terror vs Corruption

On Monday Corruption approached me offering a uncapped Saturday fight, we accepted. We knew Saturday was our weakest day and it was CoR's strongest, but we decided to go through with it anyways.

 

With a successful string of victories over TT, RSD, and EoS during the week we walked into the fight with high hopes. What gave us the drive to win even more is the fact that our last few fights with Corruption always saw luck on their side, we wanted to change that.

 

After a moment of silence honoring those who perished 9 years ago on this very day in senseless acts of violence, we walked up.

 

Reign of Terror Starting: 312

Corruption Starting: 270~

 

 

The fight began at spiders and both clans sent out their snipers, with a strong amount of binders we managed to clear CoR's snipers very quickly while CoR struggled against our snipers who were KOing fall in leaders left and right. The fight from here on out was pretty straight forward: CoR leader calls a fall in, dies in 20 seconds, 2 snipers die, RoT's main pile comes, CoR regroup.

 

In the last 20 minutes of the fight we knew we'd be coming out on top as CoR struggled to get any momentum or kill any of their piles. They tried DDing at RDG and once that didn't work they pretty much ended. The fight lasted about 2 hours.

 

Respectable effort by Corruption so thank you for that, always fun fighting you.
