Work out routine?

Recommended Posts

Krazy338

I know a lot of you have your own work out schedule, This topic i am hoping will be about helping each other out and learning what works and what doesn't.

Monday- Biceps&Triceps, 4 mile bike ride at the gym.

Tuesday- 3-5 mile run, A couple hours rest then leg work out.

Wednesday- Rest( sometimes a 1-2 mile run if i feel like it).

Thursday- Chest&Back 3 mile run if i didn't run on Wednesday

Friday- Shoulder's and Abs.

Saturday- 4-6 mile run.

Sunday- Rest

For those who want to know, i don't use supplements like creatine or any of that other stuff, To many toxic metal's in it. Only thing i use in whey.

But if you want to find a safe creatine, http://www.usp.org/USPVerified/dietarySupplements/supplements.html go to this site and find witch brand is safe.

I just run 3-7 miles every Tuesday and Thursday. Then do a 10 mile bike ride every other week day. With sit ups every night.

I do all my shit in my bedroom lol

Very easy routine. Mon/Wed/Frid/Sun as many push ups as I can do before I'm nackered then 60 second break. Then dumbbell curls (with thumbs up) as many as I can do then 60 second break. Then as many crunches as I can do then a 60 second break. Just do that circuit 3 or 4 times and its honestly a great workout and costs you nothing.

Then on Tue/Thur/Sat I'll try and do some cardio shit like running, pretty much anything I can think of.

In my opinion you don't need to spend X amount of cash on a gym membership, you can work out any part of your body from home as long as you know what exercise to do. But I guess being at the gym will actually motivate some people to do the work out, whereas at home they might just not bother.
