Known fact: It's not a real rig unless you have water cooling and at least 12 fans.

Only problem I can see is with your case and PSU:

Your case is only a Mid tower case, and your buying expensive gear, you should be spending more than that on a case, go for a CoolerMaster full sized case or an Antec.

Your PSU is alrite, but I suggest you go with a brand like Corsair, Enermax or Bequiet, remember, your spending a lot of money on your components.

PSU+Case is what you should try and spend a lot of money on, your case can last up too 8 years, and your PSU is powering all your components, cheap\or bad brand PSUs will fry your hardware.

Are you planning on overclocking your system?

EDIT: Also, I just noticed you're buying a MicroATX motherboard, you will encounter no end of problems with sticking 5770 on it.

Rig im running right now is a microATX board with a 5770 on it, haven't had a problem yet ^_^

Your i7 and 5770 is going to be bottle-necked by such a shit board.

Dont really want an I7

The ATX mobo doesn't support crossfire, that'll be a future upgrade

Case is awesome btw

And yeah im thinking about a different PSU
