Anyone know whats wrong with my laptop?

Ok i've got a HP Pavilion dv6700 and when I turn it on, the screen is just blank and it makes three loud beeping sounds (2 short ones and a long one), and nothing happens. The lights etc are all on, but the display is off. Im trying to talk to HP but their customer support is garbage.

Had the same problem, it just stays black and three loud beeps. Had a few people trying to fix it, they never found out what was wrong / how to fix so I gave up and bought a new pc :P
