Actually yeah...wat the fuck, how would the courts even handle something like that. It'd be considered rape still probably because you can't take advantage of someone with a mental disability. Besides, i think the whole age issue comes into play with your mental age not your physical age. In this case, she has the mentality of a 9 month so yeah it'd be fucked up.
