His lyrics are insane and he makes all his own beats, writes his own songs, and produces all his own videos. Tyler Okonma (born May 6, 1991),[2] better known as Tyler, the Creator, is an American rapper and record producer from Los Angeles, California. He is the leader of the hip hop collective OFWGKTA.[3] He has rapped on, and produced for, nearly every OFWGKTA release. Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, often abbreviated OFWGKTA or Odd Future, are a hip hop collective from Los Angeles, California. The members are rappers Tyler the Creator, Hodgy Beats, Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis and Mike G, singer Frank Ocean and producers Left Brain, Syd and The Super 3. As of February 2011, their ages range from 17 to 23 years old.[1] There are two groups inside the collective: MellowHype and EarlWolf. MellowHype consists of rapper Hodgy Beats and producer Left Brain, and EarlWolf consists of Tyler the Creator and Earl Sweatshirt. They're being called the Wu Tang of our generation. I like Tyler, The Creator the best so far but he's all I've really listened too. I'll move onto the other mix tapes after I kill this one. The below are some of my favorites so far after basically listening through the album one time.
