John`` Report post Posted April 7, 2011 (edited) Well over the past few days in the UK, we've been having some usually warm April weather and my hay fever has kicked up worse than usual, earlier than usual. I have a doctors prescription for anti allergy/hay fever tablets but I find after about 4 hours the effects are wearing off and if I take another one, as with most hay fever medications I get incredibly drowsy. Anyway my point is does anyone else here suffer from hay fever? What do you do to help keep it under control (if anything)?
