Daniela Report post Posted April 25, 2011 I either go to my absolute limits and stay up til 7 am then I manage to pass out somewhat fast after about 20 minutes of tossing and turning, if I can't do that (college next day) it's usually 2 hours of worrying about the universe, reading (although I have a very lively imagination so reading a book makes me more awake than before at times), counting slowly in all kinds of languages that I know how to count in, trying to breathe as little as possible and as controlled as possible, listening to music with the volume so low I can barely understand a word and so on I really haven't found a technique that works guaranteed so I just go with staying up late and waiting to pass out eventually Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
