Christy Report post Posted April 30, 2011 (edited) The video is good I've heard a lot of videos similar to that in business classes and what not. Can't say I apply it to fitness because I mainly just go running (or swimming now that summer is coming up ^.^) and occasionally some other exercises but the video can be applied to just everything you try imo. and damn that guy in the pic.
