Hey guys im looking into a new computer, some where around 1250 USD at the most.

I currently have a mac book pro and i would like to convert to a desktop. I was looking into a alienware desktop and if anyone has any info about them or any other top of the line computers, just fill me with any information you have.

I want it to run fast, have good graphics, lots of space, can cool fast and is durable.

Don't buy an Alienware unless you have bank for some stupid lights on your keyboard and aliens speaking out of your speakers. $1250 will get you a decent computer.

I traded a 99/99/50 staking acc for a friend and he built me a really nice computer. - Tip: Get computer savvy friends ;p . But ye ive heard alienware are over priced, but to each his own. gl

Build your own. With that budget purchase something like :

Intel i7 2600K (Sandybridge)

Asus IV Maximus motherboard

ATI Radeon HD 69XX series graphics card

2TB storage

850W PSU

A nice big case, a DVD drive and you'll be laughing.

Btw, if you bought an alienware with that stuff you'd be looking at spending 2.5k. You could probably build that for $1300.
