Open up your case (make sure you ground yourself first by touching an unpainted metal object), check if the graphics card is still firmly in place (you shouldn't be able to move it around at all). If it's not, push it in evenly on both sides. Also make sure your graphics cards' power cable is plugged in (in both your power supply and your card itself). If that's not the case, take a look at your RAM (click). Make sure that it's not loose or anything, you shouldn't be able to move either RAM stick whatsoever.

 

This, Also check and make sure you have the correct drivers installed to support your graphics card.
