TT didn't close either, although they've basically been dead past 1-2 years. They did switch to 2007 though.

 

I know a bunch of random pure clans re-opened like MM, Foe, and Fatality. They're pretty much irrivalent in the big scheme of things though. I think HF is also re-opening.
