Do an offline virus/malware scan (they'll probably just close it if you're connected to the internet) and see what it comes up with. I'd recommend Malwarebytes and any decent virus protection should do the trick, although you may have some issues if it's crypted well. Or if you can, just back anything up you need and reformat your computer using the Windows install disc. edit: Odds are, a system restore will do nothing. Best bet is a total restore by reformatting.
