This is mainly for people like duv lmfao but yeah, most of us are young with healthy bodies still, but you'll feel 100x better: Stretch a couple times a day, this helps your legs/knees a shit ton Drink water (seriously, it's like $2 for a case of 24 17oz bottles at Target) Turn down your brightness on RS settings Sit on some pillows or something fairly cushioned so your ass doesn't hurt as bad as DF members' buttholes Make sure you're eating and drinking enough Take a 15 minute break every few hours Do 25 sit ups/push ups/jumping jacks before bed, just so you get some exercise and don't become a fucking fat as Most of that is common sense shit but yeah Share this post Link to post Share on other sites 0
