Personally, I feel the best option suggested would be to give some to the oldest members on the server, however this is still not a good solution and would never pass a vote. Most of the other options result in non-discontinued items, which defies our definition of a "rare", and really will do nothing. The ideas about dropping them as in the past will not work either, as we do not have a significant growing player-base, and so there will not be enough demand for them (if everyone can have one), and they will not be the old totems they used to. A solution I've come up with would be to drop some rares at a few set times simultaneously via the Party Drop Room.
