Earlier in the week RoT and DI officials approached each other to set up a fight for this weekend. An uncapped F2P fight was agreed; commencing at 9 GMT. Throughout the week we prepared by ending DI 3 times in P2P, after which they tried to claim some sort of fake win. This only spurred us on to annihilate them more this weekend. When the day came both clans massed up and prepared for what was surely the most anticipated fight in F2P so far.

Right off the bat we got straight at them. We didn't send snipers for the first 15 minutes and just went pile to pile with DI. Having much stronger callers and styles our number disadvantage wasn't a problem. 15 minutes in we sent 10 snipers. This would initiate the start of DI's death marching. They would get a fall in, call one pile, death march back to a location and then repeat. After 2 hours they gave up on having a pile completely and mass sniped at the top of spiders, we still only had 15 snipers on them at this point. We put everyone on the main pile and continued to clear them at spiders while they mass sniped. Occasionally they would try and get a pile again. We'd just send our 10 snipers back on to it and they'd quickly give up. 3 and a half hours in, after multiple regroup attempts, countless tragic attempts at getting a pile and endless mass sniping at the top of spiders we got a 230 opt pile and cleared the remaining DI (about 15) that were mass sniping at spider hill. After which, they ended.

I would say GF but it wasn't, DI ran around like headless chickens for 2 hours like morons, most of them in no amulets and a few in adamant gear.
