If for whatever reason Jagex decides to use their brain and impliment the EP system into the PVP worlds, then the wilderness will thrive again until Runescape comes to an end. I highly doubt they'll ever add the EP system again though because they were so against it before. If anything they'll bring out a half assed fork of it.
