Sunday: Wiped off the Atlas

The day started off like any other Sunday with a few clans heading out so naturally we followed suit and massed up a few people. After about 20 minutes of walking around DF vs DI, VR logged in. This would begin the cycle of VR logging into the fight world, trying to rush in and getting cleared then regrouping on another world only to come back and cycle through again.

Yeah so basically VR's plan was to stay logged out until we crashed either DF or DI so they could come and be shielded by two larger and more powerful clans. They waited around for us to make a move and we never did, it was never our intention. We were out for VR and for VR only. Eventually VR attempted to force the situation by logging in and trying to get DF/DI to stop the fight for them. It was to no avail, VR logged in and were INSTANTLY run out of the world. They hopped to World 308, where we followed them, and then to World 351, where we also followed them.

We hopped back to DF vs DI, assuming that VR were too badly injured to return. To our surprise they returned, but it was very clear why they came back, because as soon as they logged in DF rushed with them. Everyone was caught off guard to say the least, we didn't expect DF to stop their 1v1 with DI to take a bullet for VR, but they did, and they would continue to take bullets all night.









It made no sense: why would these two clan team up to get shit on clash after clash? Well, it was pretty simple: They were waiting for DI to log out so both VR and DF could focus on us and maybe stand a chance. Soon enough, the inevitable happened and DI did log out.

Any other clan would of called it a night. We potted up and waited at Old Gate for both DF and VR to rush us. We weren't taking any prisoners tonight and everyone was well aware of that.

Two versus one was never going to be a problem. Lets be real. We made the decision to keep our main pile on DF while holding VR off with 15 snipers. It was that simple. Soon enough two clans were reduced to death-marching in opposite directions while attempting to get some momentum going, there's no point in saying this was a well-contested fight or that either clan attempted to be independent from each other, DF and VR held hands until the very end. Well, not really, because VR ended up ditching DF without telling them in the last 10 minutes of the fight, after DF realized that VR left them they logged out.

Reign of Terror was once again victorious.
