erik Report post Posted May 25, 2014 (edited) We heard late in the week DF & VR had plans to go out today and we had no option but to hunt down the anti-rot alliance. Reign of Terror starting: 50 people Anti-RoT alliance starting: 90 "things" total (can't call them people) Violent Resolution starting: 50 brain dead Divine Forces starting: 40 cum dumpsters (DF pulling low because their members left for VR) We logged right north west of Mossies and as soon as we got the green light that VR had stepped into the wilderness, we wasted absolutely no time in hitting them. We began with a very strong transition on VR which would send them off to run away while DF attempted to fight us. Transition after transition, we began pushing on DF & VR until eventually the fight reached greater demons. Binds & spam were perfect today and it definitely was a factor in our win today. VR started with autotypers in the beginning but just 10 minutes into the fight, even their autotypers were no match for our manual spam. After pushing them to greater demons, their piles would become very weak. VR would constantly drop piles and if they ever got to kill their target, we would have gone through 10 of their members already. It wasn't long before DF & VR realized they couldn't handle this and began regrouping all over the map. We continued hitting them and on the final hit, guess what? VR bailed on DF yet again. Let me explain what happened: VR regroup and tell DF to regroup with them. VR begins walking east of corp area, and we show up to hit them. VR leaders yell for their members to log out and leave DF to us. DF, stupidly, remained in the world and got demolished. After this, VR would go to single on another world and attempt to fight us there but it didn't work. After about 10 minutes of fighting in single, VR told DF to end and they listened. Anti-RoT alliance was banned from the wilderness. RoT was never on their backfoot today and there was no downside. Strong performance by RoT throughout the entire fight. Easy win & good action. I had a laugh listening to both of your teamspeaks. Until next time.
