Questions about application/Introduction

Hey, I've recently decided that with how inactive my clan is that I wanted something more. ROT was obviously my first choice. I just want to make sure i follow the procedures correctly while applying. I know that i must post an introduction page, and must be active for 72 hours before I can do so, Do i also need to have a certain amount of posts before i am allowed to go on with the application process?

You need 25 post count and have an account 72 hours old. Idle in #rot on swiftirc and try to make some m8s
