Since osbuddy is a third party function (technically against rs rules) they still allow it but work closely with the developers  Remember how the farming overlay used to tell you when the herb patches were poisoned? That was removed due to being "too op"  So regardless of it being allowed or not why is mousekeys/rs3 style f keys still implemented in the system?
