I highly reccomend training at NMZ instead of bandits. It is much more efficient (xp/hr and gp/hr)

You can 6hr afk with guthan's for about 50K def xp p/h -- or train at the computer for about 110K xp p/h

ye guthans nmz is great for when ur afk like sleeping and you can use absorbs and rune/whip or w/e when you are by computer for a little bit better exp and no cost of guthans breaking
