@Matt Report post Posted August 10, 2015 We knew today was going to be a big day. Today was VR's birthday PK and everyone knew this weekend was going to go longer than any other. We were right. Almost 11 hours ago our day began with anti-crashing EoS and DF. That didn't last very long, after about 30 minutes of being hunted down they called their allied teams to crash us. Once again we were fighting against the whole top five. However, today wasn't really about defeating anyone but VR. We have humiliated VR consistently now for over half a decade and we have never had the opportunity to beat VR on their birthday. Today changed all that. Reign of Terror Starting: 225 Violent Resolution Starting: 150 Damage Inc Starting: 200 Echo of Silence Starting: 150 ---- DF2 Starting: 90 DF Starting: 120 Ronin Starting: 120 Poison Starting: 60 You'd like to think that in 11 hours the balance of power might of tipped back and forth a little bit. It didn't. Sure, we had our moments of intensity and our moments of staleness. This fight was especially challenging considering all the clans against us were not only motivated to give their ally a big birthday victory, but also because they all mass sniped us for hours on end without mercy and without regard for their own standards. Our drive to win allowed us to keep over 100 people on Teamspeak for 9 hours. After about 10 hours of fighting, all semblance of a fight was gone. All clans had ended their mandatory trips (including VR) and we were still near 90 on Teamspeak. For the last hour we cleared the same 1 itemers until they eventually stopped returning. After 11 long hours. What happened out there proves that no praise should be awarded to the alliance. They are as weak as they are weak-minded. We will always win because of this, whether it be in 1 hour or 11. Or 52. Gig Report post Posted August 10, 2015 (edited) It was so worth quitting my job, Breaking up with my girlfriend, And putting my child up for adoption for this. Thanks for the morale VR, I always knew we were good, But today we took our victory at 3:30 AM with more people than DI or DF can pull to a prep. Happy Birthday btw, LMFAO.
