DF2 mand agility event

They realized all they do now is run away from us, so they called a mand on their agility event (just like they've done it in the past with their GWD comps)

Also.. Latin unit had an event vs vr at the time, LU's leadeship had to strike beyota (df2 member) becuz he refused to come to the fight...
