@Matt Report post Posted March 8, 2016 Early last week VR posted a topic telling all their members they would be fighting us today no matter what and to prepare for a long night. As far as 07RS goes, weekdays haven't hosted many shape-shifting fights. Today it did. Both clans showed up ready for a long fight. Di and DF ended up fighting a few minimaps away and AF decided to give up on crashing us so they hit Di instead. That means we once again were able to fight VR one on one. Reign of Terror Starting: 195 Violent Resolution: 210 The fight last just under three hours, and at no point was it ever out of our control. That cannot and I suspect will not be disputed by anyone. Not all fights are contests, and this is a perfect example of that. Despite being on the battlefield, VR wasn't really fighting us. These fights, in the entirety of our rivalry, are not common. We rarely get to fight 1 on 1. There are always people interfering, but not today. Both clans started gaining numbers, with VR reaching almost 90 people within an hour of fighting. However, by that time the fight was all but over. After another hour of fighting the toll of our strong performance began to show and VR were put on the ropes, and in the last 45 minutes or so they made no attempt at fighting us at all. Shortly after 8pm EST they called off returning, handing the win to Reign of Terror once again.
