I think this is a pretty accurate descriptor for this guy; we're talking about someone who routinely accuses us of a whole host of things (DDoSing, exploiting third party forums for IPs, using "cheat clients", you name it) when it turns out that behind closed doors he (and his clan) are participating in all of those things and more.
