@Matt Report post Posted May 16, 2016 Today was billed the "Sunday of All Sundays" by VR. DF prepped just as hard, claiming that their "glory chase" would begin tonight. Earlier in the week we began to understand just how hard our enemies were prepping, posting upwards of 20+ motivational topics claiming they were ready to go on for days. VR promised their members at least 24 hours of fighting tonight and threatened any member who didn't show up with removal from the clan.Needless to say this was probably the most serious VR has taken an event in years. We fully understood that and came prepared.Reign of Terror Starting: 330Violent Resolution Starting: 360 Shortly after 5pm VR rushed us at RDG and the fight got off to a start. The fight was surprisingly easy to manage despite there being 250+ people in the same minimap. Very early on in the fight our numbers began to swell. Within an hour we gained 25 people and sent a large sniper unit onto their callers and that really ended what was supposed to be a 12+ hour fight (at least).This enormous amount of pressure was too much for them (or any clan) to handle. Soon, 120 people dwindled down to 110, and then 100, and then 90, and then 75, and then within 2 hours of fighting VR's 120 man turnout had been cut almost in half. After their 3rd channel hop, 67 of the original 120 members remained. The end was near.In the last 30 minutes the outlook became more daunting as we kept gaining, and gaining, reaching 149 people by the time VR called off returning just after 3 hours of fighting.Reign of Terror Ending: 399 (149)Violent Resolution Ending: 62 people in CCAfterwards we played a "Best of VR TS" recording to our membership:I wonder how long it'll take VR to realize that this script has only hurt them.
