brett Report post Posted November 23, 2017 Recently, for whatever reason, FOOLS members / supporters seemed to have strongly believed that FOOLS' only limitation to being as good as RoT was timezone. While we, and probably even FOOLS officials, know that isn't the case, people actually began buying into it. So, with talks/polls about the release of revenant caves, and an American holiday (happy thanksgiving btw) coming up, we told our members (word-for-word) that should caves come out on Thursday; "we'll fight anyone / everyone (don't give a shit how many they have or what time it is)". Our day started off by hitting FOOLS in the caves, where they ran away and didn't return. Eventually, we heard they remassed and were now PKing at GDz. Just to be clear: it was now 9:30 AM EST on a Thursday, they had more people than us, and we had to hunt them (do you see anything wrong here?). Anyways, we caught them at GDz and the fight began. Reign of Terror Starting: 45 people (9:30 AM EST) FOOLS Starting: 60+ people Long story very short, we clashed at GDz and after a lot of chasing we ended up north west of spiders where they forfeited the fight at 1:30 PM EST (8:30 PM in Finland). We legitimately gave FOOLS advantage after advantage today, and they still came up short. I know for a fact that if roles were reversed, FOOLS would never do what we just did - and that's exactly why we know that timezone bullshit is nothing more than an excuse. Thanks for the fight though, I honestly think it was what some people needed to see (and I'm not talking about RoT members either, we knew all along).
