First and foremost I'd like to thank everyone who showed up to our event tonight. It was nice to see rival clans put their hate for us aside and participate in content that helps boost the Wilderness. Hopefully those that lost (badly) are not discouraged from attending future events.

As the most prominent organization on OSRS we take it upon ourselves every so often to host Community events and we decided that our first event of the year was going to be a good old fashioned RS World War. Excitement was palpable for something like this with over 1,500 participants which included the biggest streamers, Jagex moderators and over 20 clans (most of them against us, which is all in good fun).

It was never going to be close, these types of World Wars never are. Simply put, we are built to fight in this environment and do so every day and have done so for over a decade now. We are built to maneuver around clans, make precise calls in messy situations and fight many clans at once. The KDR and the final result prove that.

Considering over 20 clans and 1,500 people were crammed into such a relatively small area, I'm sure a lot of clans got to fight someone new and unique, which is a success considering promoting the Wilderness was our main goal. We spent most of the event absolutely humiliating VR and Vitality in particular, but all 11 anti-RoT clans in attendance got their share of a beatdown.

After about 90 minutes of what could only be described as a one-sided fight, Blue Team collapsed. RoT wins again.

 

 

We do plan on hosting more community events so stay tuned and I hope we can rely on such high interest and participation for future events. Thanks again to all that showed up.
