So dont be fooled by it. i had both - Ps3 is fine...Decent amt of people play it and the only game i play anyways is mw2...listen, the only game ps3 doesnt have is halo, which got old after #2 anyways. xbox has broke 3 times so i just went to gamestop and sold that sucker and all the accessories. Ps3 is fine, idk wtf they are saying about hardcore gamers on xbox 360 - I usually go like 30-10ish in a TDM on BOTH consoles. Get a Ps3 ull have a lot less rage sessions. Are you fucking dumb? Its the same price £200. Also how is having 300k online players a good thing? Has a better chance of crashing the servers AND you won't play all 300k so having like 200k online players seems better. Umad bc microsoft can keep their servers up and ps3s servers dropped when mw2 came out? Your servers went down also..Same thing different time..Both systems needed maintenance. Proof Try me. I thought Mw2 had there own servers? and with 300k gamers online on the Xbox I've still had like 1 or 2 game crashes/host migrations. when im at my friends on his Ps3, he gets atleast 5 host migrations and laggy games per day. and I hate the Ps3 controller, its shit. MW2 doesn't have its own servers on either system. Host migrations and laggy games happen sometimes on both systems. I play MW2 on both systems frequently and I never really have a problem. The only host migration I typically deal with is when the host ragequits in SD when he dies 12 seconds into the game. Your friend could have garbage internet too or poor wireless connection if that's what he's using. I never have a problem with it really, I almost always pick up host when there's a migration unless the host dashboards, then the game ends. In terms of MW2, I'd say both systems are equal for multiplayer, although I find that nearly every lobby I join for SD on Xbox has people with Infection Pack I & II and/or modded controllers and faggot all over my style. I've only had like 5 encounters of modded controllers on PS3 and 0 people using aimbot, wallhacks, X-ray vision, infinite radar, gay bullshit that's game ruining but on Xbox it's a daily occurrence. Ps3 Seems to have more single player exclusive games which are cool like ratchet and clank a crack in time and future tools of destruction, theres imfamous littlebigplanet and the almighty god of war 3 and metal gear solid 4. 360 Has THE best multi player games like call of duty halo and gears plus some good exlusive single player games as well. (not to mention halo and gears have good campaigns plus amazing multiplayer.) Theres mass effect (better then all ps3 games) fable 2 crackdown forza 3 splinter cell conviction left 4 dead 1 and 2, if theres more i missed they probably werent good enough to be remembered. Bottom line, if you won't play online much ps3 is for you. But more people you know like rs players have 360, for they are online gamers, and if you like playing online, then 360 is the only way to go. Basically sums it up.
