Phillip Report post Posted September 8, 2010 So I downloaded the entire P90 series(P90, P90m, P90x, P90x+) because running alone just isn't enough for me anymore. Within the next year or two I plan on trying to run a marathon(26 miles 385 yards), but just trying to improve my endurance through running isn't cutting it anymore. I started out only being about to do like 1/4 mile(Chubby asthmatic)...so I was wheezechubbing my way around, but I've built up to ~7 miles and I can't seem to top it. I'm trying to tone up, work on my core+balance, and break past this plateau. My question is...have any of you done p90x and have any suggestions, or variations on the calendar that would suit me better. I don't want to pack on too much heavy muscle for running. Thoughts? Guest Evan Report post Posted September 8, 2010 @Jimmy You won't need supplements if you have a good diet, unless you're hardcore and get your swell on more than Tony himself lol.
