Phillip Report post Posted September 26, 2010 gl with the marathon :) i like running but not that much lol Running is like the best thing...ever. It's just me, my music, and my feet. If I didn't wear down...I'd totally pull a Forrest Gump and go cross country.
 0

Zero Fear1 Report post Posted September 26, 2010 (edited) I just ordered it yesterday so I don't have any personal experience from it but I have two friend's who use it and HIGHLY suggest it. The routines and schedule they have will really help you get toned up and cut. If your not already in pretty good shape this will be pretty hard for you to keep up with at first but it's well worth the money. If your trying to run a marthon though, you should really take up swimming. It is not only the best way to build up your endurance but you can really give your whole whole body a GREAT work out with different swimming stroke's. The support from the water allows a full-body cardiovascular workout without compressing the joints, and can help to regulate breathing for that race. If you can't cook or don't have anyone to cook for you, you'll probably need to get protein supplements though. Supplement's are a huge waste of money. Besides the fact of protein powder, I use significant amounts of dairy whey since I don't eat a lot of meat. Here is a brand I personally recommend - http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Standard-Natural-Vanilla/dp/B000GIURM2/ref=sr_1_1?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1285491594&sr=8-1 Taste is great and the vanilla \ straw berry blend very well.
