In the 9 years I have been wrestling I hear the same shit from my coaches, Tough conditioning and instead of having a few big meals cut them into a bunch of small ones. Stay away from junk food and soda.

CARDIO and DIETING.

 

If you are trying to get rid of body fat that is the best solution. Also if your interested you can swim, its a good alternative if you can't run because of foot\knee problems.

^

 

Basically get a body suit or sweats and run in your schools wrestling rooms, loose water weight.

6 lbs in 2 weeks is way to much, you're not gonna lose that in fat. You're gonna lose it in muscles, you shouldn't lose more then 1lb per week.

e: didn't read it properly.

 

5~ meals per day (to keep your metabolism high) less fat food and hardly any carbs. oh and run like an hour per day.
