Krazy338 Report post Posted December 12, 2010 I dont bench, benching has nothing to do with how strong you are, all it is is practice and repitition. All it is is bragging rights. Rather go to the gym and get a good solid body-weight workout. Seems like you know little about benching. Whats the best way to train your chest? Bench. Benching has alot to do with how strong you are, if your arms/chest can't handle 250 Pounds you simply can't bench it lol. Yes it's a little about practice and repitition but it's not all about it far from it. E: I do Bench once or maybe twice a week depending on if i am training on weekends.
