How much do you bench?

How many Kilo do you bench at the gym?

Yeeer, how much do you bench at the gym?

 

 

It's not me, just showing what it is to the 4ners who havn't tryed it yet (Example: Nick)

1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms & 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds

 

Kilograms = KG ovb.

Lb = Pounds

 

 

 

Personally benching 100 KG Atm, Training 2-3 Hours everyday so going fast forward!(no not bench everyday :P)

Don't know bout that kg shit but I maxed out at 185 pounds a month or so ago.

I dont bench, benching has nothing to do with how strong you are, all it is is practice and repitition. All it is is bragging rights. Rather go to the gym and get a good solid body-weight workout.

Seems like you know little about benching.

Whats the best way to train your chest? Bench.

Benching has alot to do with how strong you are, if your arms/chest can't handle 250 Pounds you simply can't bench it lol.

Yes it's a little about practice and repitition but it's not all about it far from it.

 

 

E: I do Bench once or maybe twice a week depending on if i am training on weekends.

Benching isn't the best way to train your chest it doesn't do an awful lot for you

Work out with 220.

Can max out ~250 lbs

 

My normal reps are about 180 though.

Maxed about 325, tho havnt been to the gym year and half due to getting injured. I can squat 410 aswell.
