It's not me, just showing what it is to the 4ners who havn't tryed it yet (Example: Nick) 1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms & 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds Kilograms = KG ovb. Benching has alot to do with how strong you are, if your arms/chest can't handle 250 Pounds you simply can't bench it lol. Yes it's a little about practice and repitition but it's not all about it far from it. E: I do Bench once or maybe twice a week depending on if i am training on weekends.
