Im not good at all at MW2 and even ive had spawn rape clips like that, although not with a sniper - shes good but its not hard to get a few good clips to make a montage once you memorize a map and where people stand

She has like 60 videos lol. And you're still shooting at a moving person so its really no different than sniping someone whos not in their spawn.

Running around and coming across 1 guy every 20 seconds isnt really fun(or fun to watch). It takes much more skill to have 7 people sitting in front of you, with the pressure on.

Look at the highrise map situation..She was on the lower level while the enemies are all in the back room spawning. Now first off she has great cover because once she ducks she is out of view but since she is standing then only about half her body is actually "shootable". Now she has a sniper which is for the most part 1 shot 1 kill and can hit multiple targets while the people who just spawn most likely have automatics which is putting them at a huge disadvantage. Once they spawn they can barely get an aim at her and even if they start shooting they wouldnt be aiming directly at her.. The pressure that is on Reapz is real low since she only has a 10 foot gap to shoot in anyways.

 

Now if she starting getting multiple killfeeds with people in the same ground level as her with them having automatics then yes that would be crazy ass skill but those clips are minimal..Still I don't want to hate on reapz but a lot of the places she stands gives her a great advantage over the spawning players which is smart for her but doesn't show mad talent.
