What are your experiences with Creatine?

Yea I've been using Whey protein for a while and it really hasn't been doing much for me. So now I'm looking for a new supplement/protein to use. Creatine has been around for quite some time and I've heard some good things about it and some bad things so I'm kind of on the fence about the whole thing.

 

Have any of you tried Creatine/if so what are your opinions on it?

I take whey protien and creatine. At first i was using only protien shakes for a good 4 months, then i started using creatine and started to see a better improvement in muscle tone etc. I also feel like it makes me work harder in gym, i feel like i can lift more and work for longer.

I've got it and I've used it. Didn't think it made any difference really.

 

I take protein, aminio, VIP-X atm

its pretty good stuff, i took it when i worked out when i played football to keep my legs from being sore so much from squatting. gave me alot of energy for conditioning aswell.

Go to a bodybuilding forum and ask what the exact uses for creatine are. Whey is a good all-round protein so you should stick to that. I'm not taking any supplements besides whey because I dont feel like wasting money on a bunch of different shit than I can just get from good nutrition and whey. Just stay committed and you'll see results. They don't come overnight
