I eat whatever I feel like eating so I can't really give an advice on what to swallow your cottage cheese with to make it bearable but I always thought cottage cheese is quite good at least the one we have over here

I'm not a body builder, but I've found cottage cheese tastes good mixed with some diced cucumber, tomato, a bit of diced onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. It's a light and fresh salad type thing.

Something like this.

Put some fruit in it, pineapples, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries. I prefer putting some pineapple in mine or even some chives, it will give it some more taste. If not get a wheat cracker and eat it with that (carbs but not so much where it can be bad and some protein). Cottage cheese is one of the best things though, I love it just by its self.

If you're having problems keeping it down or simply don't like the taste try greek yogurt. Make sure it's greek though, nothing else. I personally cannot stand the taste of it but some people really enjoy it. I don't know if you know what ricotta cheese is but that's amazing too. Make a huge bowl of it and add a raw egg or two (depending on how much you make) with some chives or something. Cottage cheese is just another great source of protein but has a high volume and leaves you feeling full, you can try to google some alternatives or something.

If protein is what you're after add some protein powder to it but make sure you get 100% whey (brand doesn't matter, only substance) and nothing else. I don't know what you're after in terms of results and this post is very much a generalization but if you need some more help you know where to find me I think lol

Oh and remember you can find pretty much all of these products with low/fat sodium in any grocery store so look out for that too (if you're trying to lose weight)

To be honest i just it it with Eggs, Use minimal amount of oil when making an omelet and just use the cottage chesse as a side dish, tastes lovely and you burn off anything you don't need as well as gaining much more protein than you wanted.
