Only hitting my cardio/push up muscles/ core muscles right now as i won't be able to maintain muscle in basic with the intense cardio, 3 meals a day.

Monday - Shoulders

Tuesday - Chest + Triceps

Wednesday - Break from gym, MMA class.

Thursday - Back + Biceps

Friday - Legs

(I do abs at end of workouts but not everytime)

Monday- Chest+Abs

Tuesday- Back+Trapts

Wednesday- Arms

Thursday- Shoulders+Abs

Saturday- Push up, Pull ups, Chin ups, Abs, Dips.

damn i wouldn't do shoulders so close to chest and triceps as most of those compound exercises also hits them lol
