Nick Report post Posted April 17, 2013 Yeah, our motivation to lead a clan/grind this game died long ago, and we thought it would spark with the introduction of 07scape, but it just didn't. The results of keeping KO open as a clan for 07scape were amazing to see. We saw all era's of KO combining to potentially create our most memorable chapter in our history yet. We had 40+ ex-members return, along with the 40+ we already had, ranging from our mid crater era, all the way to our multi pking dominance era. Our massive-ego top of the line hybrids all the way up to the more humble, most dedicated members of our more recent uncapped adventures. Despite the awesome opportunity that's been handed to us, the fact is, we've had the same serving ranks for 2-5 years, and most of us just don't have to time to enforce rules, requirements, host mandatory events, spy loading/catching, and all the other responsibilities ranks have. As a consequence, we are officially no longer a clan; we are nothing more than a group of friends, some who have known each other for up to 5 years as a clan mate. While usually when the announcement of going 'community', is a synonym for announcing our impending death as a community, I'm confident this won't be the case. We're one of the longest running P2P clans, and we've grown together through pretty much every pking era; Mid crater, High Crater, Single Pvp, Multi PvP, and our era of flawless uncapped fights. As a reassurance, most ranks do plan on continuing to play OSRS, just we will no longer be enforcing requirements, event attendance, and pretty much the only rule will be, respect each other.
