I don't think they agreed to anything, they just stated what would be required to bring back a pre-eoc, not that they plan on doing it.

 

Tbh I liked the eping because of active wildy got from it, hitting other clans ep dds and shit I think was actually enjoyable. Don't know if it would be a good idea tho, I certainly wouldn't start over fresh but if clans were active on both 09 and 07 rs it could be interesting.
