Having to grind for new stats is something I wouldn't intend on doing.

Also, I doubt very seriously they will do this, as I've talked to Matt (So Wreck3d) Who helped bring back 2007, and he has had contact with a few jagex mods who say they don't have a full backup of Pre eoc, only some parts, and they don't intend on bringing it back, as Having 3 split communities (Pre Eoc, 2007, Eoc) is a no.
