Gkef Report post Posted February 24, 2014 Dear VR, Over the past 5 months, your clan has gone through countless leadership changes, seen hundreds of applicants go in and out of your doors, experienced much frustration and anger, all without a single win in the wilderness. Throughout this all, your leaders have relayed the message that this has all been a blast, but I do not believe this is the case; your pulls have dropped from 100 on the average September Sunday to an average of 20 over the past few February weekend PKs. Some of your oldest members have quit or retired from the clan after having lost hope on the current clan's direction. And then there's this: While many of you believe the fate of your clan is inevitably in a downward spiral, this may not be the case. RoT's leadership is willing to allow your clan to once again grow, in exchange for accountability for your actions. That is, the demotion of Craigberry11, he who is responsible for the unfortunate situation your clan has been in over the past 5 months. When you are willing to make the move to save your clan, the leaders of RoT are ready to listen. Our clans both started from humble beginnings in 2006, surviving and thriving in a clan world where neither of us were meant to succeed. Now, the future of VR is in your hands. Evizu & D1e2n3, the choice is yours to make. It's up to you guys to decide what's more important: the personal pride of your leadership, or the pleasurable experience that your members have demanded from you.
