@b289 Report post Posted June 21, 2023 I would imagine this fight would have been a surprise to most clans - I mean, no one could have predicted a mid-week fight of this size, right? Wrong. The truth is, this fight was weeks in the making (we privately told our members to prepare for an anti-RoT desperation prep 9 days ago, to be exact). The amount of strings pulled behind the scenes to force this fight out of anti-RoT is worthy of another topic itself but we will leave that for their imaginations. Anyways, as soon as we got word that they had took the bait we put up our prep and began planning our approach. See, most of these clans rely on a single (or very minimal) strategy - they essentially show up, say a prayer, and hope it all works out (it rarely does). We don't have that problem. We have MANY tools in the toolbox that we can use whenever and wherever we see fit. Anything you think you can do, I promise we can do better. As the most versatile clan on this game, it's just a matter of what we feel like doing on any given day (and this infuriates our enemies). Today we beat them at their own game, using their own strategy against them, in a fight they got baited into thinking they were ready for (I mean come on now, what did you actually think was going to happen today?).
