Yes it does, you're only as strong as your weakest man. As for Brutality being better then RoT, I haven't been on the P2P scene to know but I HIGHLY doubt that considering Brutality not only doesn't have a strong and stable base (RoT might be losing people over time, but those people who have been in RoT for over 6 months rarely leave) but Brutality have NO COMMUNITY WHATSOEVER. You have only officials making jokes about each other all the time, no wonder people don't care about Brutality. Not to mention Brutality is a team, if you guys did decide to become a clan I'd laugh when all your VR members (60%~) choose VR over Brutality, which is what will happen.
